HOW FAST WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

Depending on what delivery option you choose at the checkout we offer:

  • Dublin 1H: Soon available
  • All Ireland 48H: From monday to friday | 9,75 euros | We deliver with UPS, Fastway or An Post. Discreet packaging. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking code by email.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Right now the P&H project focuses on European countries. We will not ship to a country in the EU where our products are illegal.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer different shipping methods depending on your location please visit the checkout to find out your local options.

PS: We aim to make shipping as cheap as possible. We secretly pay €5 towards cheaper shipping for every customer in order to make your buying experience even better.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

For card payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard and many local debit card issuers also. Please reach out to us if you have issues with your local card issuer.

We are moving as fast as possible to offer cash on delivery across the EU. Currently, we accept cash on delivery in Portugal, Poland and Romania.

Still not enough? Don’t worry we also offer MBway and Direct bank transfer.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

Trust is earned, not a given.

We understand your bank details are important to you and we don’t expect your trust straight away. Buying things online can be a stressful business, so to alleviate your worry we decided to offer a myriad of other payments options from MBWay, Bank Transfers and likes.

But to answer the question, yes buying online with P&H is safe.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please browse the "Dispensary" section of our website, choose the products that you would like, add them to your cart and continue to the checkout to make your purchase.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We don't want our lives to be any more complicated than they already are.

We go to great lengths to ensure our couriers track and trace all our packages.

Every order is given a tracking number available to you inside your profile section of the website. As well, we send your tracking code to your Email.

(This is unless we deliver your package to you directly ourselves, which is usually in under 1 hour)

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If your super quick and want your order changed (and we haven't shipped it to you already), click the green speech bubble on the right hand corner of the screen and talk to one of our agents.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Any products unopened and not to the buyer's (your) satisfaction are entitled to a full 30 days notice period refund.
