CBD Tea Benefits

We are asked about the benefits of CBD Tea products more than probably any other query that we see, so we try and bring all the possible information necessary to answer these questions.

CBD coffee has been front and centre of the cannabidiol movement for some time now, but CBD tea is a newer addition to the collection of possible ways to consume CBD, for many at least, it’s probably the people in the UK, and specifically England, have been there for a while longer than everyone else, because, you know, it’s tea!

It’s a sensible evolution of the CBD movement, CBD teas (or herbal infusions if you’re feeling posh) have been around for as long as any of us can remember, and longer than that still, the ability to put herbs, spices, or anything else you fancy (we guess, but, you know, don’t be silly with what you put in a teabag) into infusions allows for a host of CBD combinations.

At Plant & Hemp, we offer a range of our own homemade teas for you to try, so if you’re looking for a winter warmer, a morning pick me up, or a way to relax in the evening, we’ve got you covered!

What is CBD Tea?

CBD tea is exactly what you probably think it is, a mix of herbal infusions, with added CBD for that, added relaxing vibe.

There is really no shortage to the options available when it comes to CBD and tea, you could even grind up some CBD flower yourself and add it to your favourite tea infusion.

If that is the way you fancy going, we have a range of CBD flower available.

But if you’re looking for the perfect tea, and you’re not sure hot to go about it, you can rely on us then too. We have made a few of our favourite mixes available to our customers.

CBD Tea from Plant and Hemp

It’s getting colder in the office at the time of writing, and we’re all looking for ways to keep ourselves warm and motivated, so we’ve been hitting it hard when it comes to creating the finest CBD teas

Not all our experiments work, but you don’t have to deal with those, we make these mistakes, so you don’t have to!

Our first blend is a strong, pure, tasty black tea that originated from the Jingjing valley in China, mixed with smooth, hearty CBD flower, this tea is our go-to for starting the day off right.

Next up, we have an even stronger black tea, which is the office’s go-to hangover cure, and one of the tastiest teas we’ve ever drunk.

Mixing pure Rwandan Rukeri tea with 10% of our popular White Widow CBD strain, this is a potent wake-up call for anyone.

With both of these black teas, we suggest adding a little milk to add to the flavour and to help the cannabinoids link to the fats for enhanced effects. The milk you choose is your choice, but we prefer almond milk with these black teas.

Finally, we have our herbal masterpiece, the perfect afternoon tea to make you feel serene and productive.

Mixing Sancha Green Tea with 10% of our Gorilla Glue CBD flower, this is a hug in a teacup, and you’re going to love it!

The Benefits of CBD Tea

The potential benefits of CBD include stress relief, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, and reduction in symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The word potential is important here, while scientific studies have shown positive results, there is more research necessary before these benefits can be guaranteed.

What we can tell you, however, without any doubt, is that these teas will warm your body, your heart, and your soul, and make you feel ready for anything.

Morning, noon, and night, we have the perfect tea to accompany whatever you may be doing!
